From the East Coast to Uluru, the Far North to Sydney’s Inner West and Bondi, Kelli brings over three decades of experience as a health practitioner.

A registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner with AHPRA and CMBA, and a member of ATMS, Kelli is the founder of Zen Medicine - an integrative approach combining Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese healing arts, therapeutic bodywork and mindful practices to support each person’s unique journey towards balance, vitality and wellbeing.

Her work is grounded in deep listening - observing the subtle messages of the body and responding with the treatment and support that is most appropriate for each individual.

A proud mother of two sons from the Kokatha Nation (South Central Desert), Kelli credits them with teaching her the deepest medicine of all - love.

Her life experiences, along with her continued study, have shaped a practice that recognises the connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing and the human experience.

Kelli is currently completing a Master of Social Work, further deepening her understanding of trauma-informed care, relationships, resilience and the social influences that shape health.

She believes the body holds an innate wisdom. When we offer ourselves attention, appropriate movement, nourishment, rest and support, we create the conditions for greater harmony, connection and wellbeing.

ZEN MEDICINE THERAPIES

At Zen Medicine, every treatment begins with deep listening.

Through traditional diagnostic methods including pulse, hara (abdominal) and channel palpation, tongue observation, facial assessment and body alignment, Kelli develops an understanding of the patterns presenting within the body.

Treatments are personalised and may include acupuncture, Zen Shiatsu, massage, cosmetic acupuncture, yoga therapy and lifestyle guidance, depending on each person’s needs.

Clients seek support for a wide range of concerns including pain, stress and anxiety, digestive health, emotional wellbeing, fertility, women’s health, nervous system regulation and facial rejuvenation.

Kelli takes an integrative approach, working alongside Western medicine practitioners where appropriate, while empowering clients with practical tools to support their health beyond the treatment room.

Zen Medicine is founded on the belief that healing is not just about treating symptoms - it is about reconnecting with the body, understanding its messages and creating space for greater balance, ease and vitality.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Kelli has been my yoga teacher, shiatsu practitioner and acupuncturist for close to a decade and seen me through cancer treatment and recovery. She certainly knows her stuff and integrates her knowledge seamlessly between her various disciplines. I couldn't be in more caring hands. Down to earth, real and generous.  Highly recommend this human.

Victoria Spence

Founder Director of Life Rites

A very dedicated professional yoga instructor and extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, going above and beyond in organising and videoing our new online on-demand chair yoga program.  It was a pleasure working with Kelli and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Julie Stralow

I'd never done Japanese Yoga before – I loved it! Great class, especially the focus on connection between the seasons, the body and the meridians.

Michelle Portell

Founder of Picaflor Medicine

A wonderful asset to our Annual Branch speaker day. Her presentation on meridian based yoga was informative, engaging & interactive.  Her clinical practice is both professional and nurturing much like herself.
