Your treatment with Kelli may combine Zen Shiatsu Massage, Acupressure Therapy, Acupuncture, Reiki energy balance and clearing, depending on your individual needs.

Other supports such as cupping and gua sha, herbal formula, yoga therapy, meditation, lifestyle counselling, nutritional guidance are also drawn on for holistic health support if required.


Cosmetic Acupuncture is a two-fold approach to address internal imbalances which over time become external issues showing on the facial area.

Treatment is particularly beneficial for increasing hydration to plump and smooth fine lines and wrinkles, even out dull, dry or mottled complexion and to release deeply held tension in the face.

Zen Shiatsu massage is a hands-on treatment that uses traditional oriental diagnosis and supportive acupressure to balance the energy pathways of your body.

Often referred to as “acupuncture without the needles", Zen Shiatsu is a holistic therapy designed to uplift and harmonize your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In the Japanese language, shiatsu means "finger pressure". Shiatsu techniques include massage with fingers, thumbs, feet, and palms; assisted stretching; and joint manipulation and mobilization.  


Zen Shiatsu is equal parts science and philosophy. It combines traditional Chinese medicinal practices, modern massage therapy and Eastern holistic healing philosophies. A relaxing, revitalising experience on the massage table or futon.

Japanese Yoga


Japanese Yoga draws upon traditional Hatha postures, Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory and martial arts.  We use the seasons as a guide to which organ systems to strengthen and treat the whole system (body, mind and spirit) within each class. Our breathing technique is supportive of strong elimination of toxins, stress and habitual holding patterns.


No class is the same and depending on your constitution & conditions will find some movements challenging (bingo! this is the perfect corrective exercise to create incredible change).


Kelli's classes aim to provide freedom from physical pain, emotional holding and a sense of expansion on an energetic level.


Weekly classes are offered in Annandale on Wednesday evenings, 6:30-7:30pm.  Yin & Pins yoga on Wednesday 27 March.

Online classes for Autumn on Tuesday  6:15-7:00am.  

A typical class involves physical movement to relieve muscle tension and create strength in the lower back and core; breathing techniques to reduce stress and enliven your whole system; and a short, mindful meditation to still your physical and mental body.  
Our Japanese Yoga community is inclusive, we have a lot of fun. You’ll leave feeling anchored, relaxed and joyful.
