Winter Yoga Course Online Only This Winter Yoga Course is focusing on our kidney & bladder qi - when kidney qi is strong we feel energised, in flow and calm, when the bladder qi is activated it's supporting the structure of our body and assisting us to be grounded & stable. The 8 week course focuses on: Relieving lower back pain Strengthening the core Supporting pelvic floor muscles Stablising emotions Calming the nervous system If you can not make the face to face classes in Five Dock this option is for you. I’ll continue to offer classes via the online platform to those who need it. You’ll receive your weekly email with the link to class each Monday with recordings being available for the entire 8 week course. Jump aboard for supportive practise which will be felt from the first session! Japanese Yoga is a balanced (active & passive) style of yoga to harmonise & align your system to the seasons for health, wellbeing and authentic living.
