Transition to Spring Course Online Option Online classes brought to you from Leichhardt to calm & strengthen your energy and body while increasing our flexibility for joint, tendon & muscle ease as we move into spring. This Yoga Course is focusing on the earth & wood qi - The 8 week course focuses on: Relieve general pain in body Strengthening core muscles & digestive function Create flexibility for a relaxed body Stablize emotions Calm nervous system By joining the online classes you will still have full support via phone, email or zoom chat before/after classes and recordings. If you can not make the face to face classes this option is for you. I’ll continue to offer classes via the online platform to those who need it. You’ll receive your weekly email with the link to class each Wednesday with recordings being available for the entire 8 week course. Jump aboard for supportive practise which will be felt from the first session! Japanese Yoga is a balanced (active & passive) style of yoga to harmonise & align your system to the seasons for health, wellbeing and authentic living. All you need for online sessions is a quiet space to practise, your yoga mat and comfortable clothes to move in.
