Japanese Yoga & Lifestyle Medicine Online This intimate 5-week journey is designed to deeply support women’s physical, emotional, and energetic health using Japanese yoga, seasonal wisdom, and lifestyle practices. Each week we explore one of the five elements and its related organ systems, gently restoring balance, strength, and vitality. With only 8 women, you’ll receive personalised attention, space to land, and support that meets you exactly where you are. Tuesdays · 6:30–7:30pm · Starting March Investment: $275 (5 weeks) Location: Online option What to Expect • Gentle Japanese yoga practices • Breathwork and nervous system regulation • Organ and meridian-focused movement • Lifestyle and self-care tools you can use immediately • Deep rest, grounding, and reconnection This course supports fatigue, stress, hormonal balance, emotional wellbeing, immune health, digestion, sleep, and overall vitality. Weekly Themes Week 1 – Metal | Lungs & Colon Trust, letting go, immunity & grief Support the respiratory and immune systems, clear skin and complexion, strengthen elimination, and gently release emotional, mental, and physical burdens. Cultivate trust, clarity, and healthy boundaries. Week 2 – Water | Kidneys & Bladder Grounding, stability & deep energy Support fatigue, urinary health, lower back strength, and nervous system grounding. Build resilience, restore energetic flow, and gently release the weight of the past. Includes facial toning and whole-body integration. Week 3 – Wood | Liver & Gallbladder Hormones, emotions & flow Balance hormonal, menstrual, and perimenopausal systems. Calm irritability and anger, ease muscle and joint tension, lift mood, support eye health, and cultivate emotional regulation, flexibility, and lightness. Week 4 – Fire | Heart, Pericardium, Small Intestine & San Jiao Connection, joy & emotional balance Support sleep, anxiety, overthinking, emotional heaviness, and disconnection. Create openness, compassion, warmth, and deeper connection to self and others. Week 5 – Earth | Spleen & Stomach Digestion, energy & boundaries Support digestive health, fatigue, excessive worry, and muscle tone. Strengthen grounding, rebuild energy, reset habits and patterns, and cultivate healthy emotional and energetic boundaries. This is a nurturing, grounded, and deeply restorative course -if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, hormonally out of balance, emotionally stretched, or simply craving space to reconnect.
