Service Description

A 4-week Winter Yoga Course is designed to support the body’s natural rhythms, with a special focus on the kidneys and bladder, aligning with the water element of the season. Through mindful practice, we’ll cultivate the qualities of flow and support helping you cultivate calm and grounding. Expect benefits like *strong lower back *reduced back pain *pelvic floor tone *calming adrenal fatigue Join us and embrace this transformative journey! We also use: Acupressure, meditations & breathing focus for wellness on every level. Recordings of the classes will be available for repeated practice through June and July. Venue: Online Time: 6 - 7pm When: Wednesdays 4 - 25 June (4 weeks) Cost: $176 (inc. GST) Japanese Yoga draws upon traditional Hatha postures, Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory & martial arts. We use the seasons as a guide to which organ systems to strengthen & treat the whole system (body, mind & spirit) within each class. Our breathing technique is supportive of strong elimination of toxins, stress & habitual holding patterns. No class is the same and depending on your constitution & conditions will find some movements challenging (bingo! this is the perfect corrective exercise to create incredible change). Kelli's classes aim to provide freedom from physical pain, emotional holding & a sense of expansion on an energetic level.
