Service Description

This 8 week course will align us with Winter energies: Focus this season is supporting your kidney qi (flow) & bladder (stability) aiming for a strong core, lower back, calm nervous system, build courage to move forward in life with joy, resolving the past by moving stagnant energy from your energy field, body tissues and organ systems. Regular practise benefits: Sleeping well Strengthening core & lower back Soothing emotional nervous tensions Pelvic floor support Women's health & wellbeing We also use: Acupressure, meditations & breathing focus for wellness on every level. Venue: Village Church Annandale - 122 Johnston St Time: 6:30 - 7:30pm When: Wednesdays 5 June - 24 July (8 weeks) Cost: $220 (inc. GST) Japanese Yoga draws upon traditional Hatha postures, Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory & martial arts. We use the seasons as a guide to which organ systems to strengthen & treat the whole system (body, mind & spirit) within each class. Our breathing technique is supportive of strong elimination of toxins, stress & habitual holding patterns. No class is the same and depending on your constitution & conditions will find some movements challenging (bingo! this is the perfect corrective exercise to create incredible change). Kelli's classes aim to provide freedom from physical pain, emotional holding & a sense of expansion on an energetic level.
