Service Description

This 8 week practise will align us with Autumn: Morning yoga specifically addresses elimination on every level. It's the opportunity for our body to let go of toxins via the bowel, lungs and mentally clear out the clutter. Start your day feeling light, energised and strong. With regular practise we enjoy good digestion, clear glowing skin, toned muscles and strong body. Plus: - weight loss - immune strength : lung health - regular elimination : colon health - core & lower back stability - meditations & breathing focus for wellness on every level. Venue: Online Time: 6:15 - 7 am When: Tuesdays 2 April - 21 May (8 weeks) Cost: $176 (inc. GST) Japanese Yoga draws upon traditional Hatha postures, Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory & martial arts. We use the seasons as a guide to which organ systems to strengthen & treat the whole system (body, mind & spirit) within each class. Our breathing technique is supportive of strong elimination of toxins, stress & habitual holding patterns. No class is the same and depending on your constitution & conditions will find some movements challenging (bingo! this is the perfect corrective exercise to create incredible change). Kelli's classes aim to provide freedom from physical pain, emotional holding & a sense of expansion on an energetic level.
