Fire classes are traditionally practised during summer and focus on heart, small intestine, san jiao and pericardium energy but we can enjoy theses classes anytime of year if we seek connection, peace & upper body relaxing.

Yoga in this element target common issues such as sleep disturbance, an unsettled mind, poor circulation and emotional heaviness in particular deep sadness.
