Earth Practice I 60 minutes

Earth classes are traditionally practised late summer and in between seasons, focus on spleen & stomach energy.  But we can enjoy these classes anytime of year to reset and ready the body/mind for change & life transitions.

Yoga in this element target digestive issues, muscle weakness and overthinking. 

Practise earth classes regularly to strengthen the digestive system, improve energy & all body muscle tone (facial muscles through to pelvic floor), and feeling satisfied in the NOW.
