Wood Practice I 60 Minutes

Wood classes are traditionally practised during spring and focus on liver & gall bladder energy but we can enjoy these classes anytime of year if we require emotional balancing, general pain and tension relief. 

Yoga in this element target common issues such as joint & tendon stiffness, emotional stress such as frustration, anger, impatience & depression and digestive issues.  

Practise wood classes regularly for improving flexibility & eye sight, bringing unwinding to the mind & body and easing digestive pain and bloating.
